Abstract

Modernity in response to the global challenges and demands of the world brings to all parts of the economy of the state some unexpected transformational changes. The dynamism of processes in the global space is due to the presence of a large number of innovations that are rapidly becoming innovations under the influence of digital transformation. In recent years, the modernization and reform of Ukraine's education sector has taken place adaptively, gaining digital relevance in the quarantine restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic, and now in a state of martial law. After all, force majeure has a tremendous impact on the effectiveness of scientific and educational (information and educational) environments of educational institutions and research institutions. The extraordinary reality has moved the leading scientific and educational community to find quick solutions to the educational process and research activities in such challenges that are dangerous even to human life. However, at this moment the experience of scientists of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, formed in the powerful scientific achievements of its leading institutions in recent years, today, more than ever, becomes an effective mechanism for scientific and methodological support of modernization and reform of Ukraine. The results of content analysis of scientific, scientific-pedagogical, educational-methodical, informationanalytical, information-reference and terminological source base (repositories, data banks, knowledge bases, scientometric databases, etc.) allow to single out certain vectors of the NAES of Ukraine. direction of research of transformational changes and digitalization of society and adaptive processes taking into account the force majeure circumstances of today in the modern scientific and educational space.
