Abstract
The Training of Scientific Staff in times of martial law and in the conditions of modern educational transformations is carried out by remote means, the qualitative experience of using which was acquired during the quarantine from the COVID-19 pandemic. Important importance in this context is given to the preservation of the integrity of the research system and the search for rational approaches to the self-organization and self-development of scientists. In view of this, it is a priority to actively introduce various electronic educational resources into the system of Training Scientific Staff, which is an urgent issue of the dangerous present, since the force majeure caused by both the quarantine measures from the COVID-19 pandemic and the introduction of martial law in Ukraine inhibits the real the course of the scientific and educational process (even in remote mode). After all, there is an obvious need for remote support of scientific research and, accordingly, the formation of intellectual potential, which requires adaptive information and analytical support for the training of Scientific Staff in all possible ways, even in this difficult period with the acceptance of the challenges of global world science, which led to transformational changes in the scientific and educational space. The results of the information analysis once again confirm that in the system of Training Scientific Staff, it is of great importance to provide adaptive conditions for each Applicants of Scientific Education to achieve the appropriate level of theoretical knowledge and practical competences in carrying out scientific research and their productive organization. Updating scientific and methodological support for remote Training of Scientific Staff by means of digitalization in the conditions of modernization and reform of education in Ukraine is considered relevant and timely, taking into account the fact that the state of war and global social influences and educational transformational changes are prompting the scientific and pedagogical composition of Higher Education Institutions and Research Institutions to organize effective information and analytical support for the research activities of Postgraduate Students and Doctoral Researchers. An important role in this context is played by the scientific output of leading scientists of the NAES of Ukraine (2020–2022), which, in our opinion, is useful and appropriate for consideration in the organization of scientific research as something that will contribute to improving the quality of Training of Scientific Staff.
