Abstract
The article deals with the phenomenon of repetitor activity. It is quite popular in the modern educational space of Ukraine. Its main goal is a brief individualized support of the student in the process of mastering certain knowledge and skills. Repetitor activity is significantly different from other types of pedagogical, psychological-pedagogically activities. In particular, from teaching, mentoring and tutoring, both for goals and tasks, and in tools, means and situations of their realization. The psychological component plays a key role in repetitor activity. It is shown that the position of the tutor, as external to the student’s educational and family environment, is sufficiently beneficial for solving the task of harmonizing the student’s interaction with the relevant areas of his life. Three fundamentally different types of situations of repetitor activity are identified – a problem, a development, a demonstration – which also envisage various ways of building up tutoring interaction, organizing and planning classes, etc.
