Abstract

The article represents the theoretical analysis of the problems of resources in the life activity of the personality. It is proved (claimed) that in modern psychological research the resources considered or in the context of adaptation processes or according to the situation related to stress, extreme, life difficulties, life resilience, etc. On the other hand, resources usually by divided into personal (such as personality traits, certain (specific) properties, skills, knowledge, etc.), psychological (as an internal and an external capabilities that are used as means achieving positive results). We propose to consider the psychological aspects of resources not as a part of the personality. In this case resources consider in context of its lifestyle. This way, it‘s possible, firstly, to integrate existing psychology approaches of resources, and, secondly, implement a resource approach, where the main problem and practically significant tasks will be acting mechanisms and components of individual behavior with resources in the process‘s life activity. The basic resource actions are to expenses (costs) and savings. Their organization gives the reason to defined the typology of life strategies in specific areas of life activity of the personality and its life as a whole.
