Abstract

The theses consider the concept of "life competence" as an integrative psychological characteristic of an individual that determines the productivity of his life activities. In the direction of psychological hermeneutics, it is assumed that the development of a person's life competence takes place in the process of integrating individual heterogeneous "discursive realities" of an individual into a coherent whole through speech practices in the process of personal meaning-making.
