Abstract
The methodical manual outlines the modern theoretical foundations of the building resilience of military personnel, taking into account the stressors of their professional activity, factors and gender characteristics of resilience. Practical experience in the building resilience of personnel in the armies of the leading countries of the world is presented. The methodical manual can be used in the practical work of unit commanders, officers from the MPE, sergeants and psychologists as an additional methodical material for training military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to perform tasks in conditions of real danger (in combat operations).
