Abstract
The ability to understand one's own identity in primary school age is considered as a prerequisite for the formation of the child's ability to construct experience. An undeveloped ability to realize one's personal characteristics has a negative impact on the development of a child's interpretive abilities. Instead, the presence of a child's positive attitude towards himself, the ability to regulate his own behavior and correlate it with the expectations of others contributes to the development of the younger schoolboy's ability to discursively construct experience.
