Abstract
Significant changes that are taking place in the implementation of the Concept of the New Ukrainian School, lead to the renewal of the system of methodological work both in general secondary education institutions and in the established Centers for Professional Development of Teachers. The article presents and substantiates the theoretical foundations of interactive technology of professional development of primary school teachers in the system of methodical work of general secondary education institutions. Particular attention is paid to justifying the stage of its post-implementation and adaptation to new working conditions. Based on the study and generalization of practical experience of professional activity of primary school teachers, goals, objectives, object and subject of research, as well as the author's idea, an interactive model of professional development technology of primary school teachers in the system of methodical work of secondary schools. five interdependent blocks are presented: target; theoretical; procedural, reflexive; effective. The proposed model is presented as a system that reflects the essence of professional development of primary school teachers with the provision of positive dynamics of professional development of primary school teachers in the system of methodological work of general secondary education. It is proved that the professional development of primary school teachers in the system of methodical work of general secondary education is a controlled dynamic process, which in essence is aimed at achieving a high level of professional development and develops according to scientific principles and approaches in specific pedagogical conditions. learning models in accordance with the requirements of the digital society, the concept of the New Ukrainian School, updating the system of methodological work and crisis conditions.
