Abstract
The paper presents the intermediate results of the first stage of applied research on methods of using information and digital technologies to evaluate the effectiveness of pedagogical research (2021-2023), performed by researchers of the Department of Open Educational Information Systems of the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of NAES of Ukraine. Scientometric indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research in the Google Scholar system, electronic library systems/institutional repositories, international citation databases Web of Science and Scopus, domestic information and analytical system Bibliometrics of Ukrainian Science, Open Ukrainian Citation Index, global and domestic rating systems of scientific institutions and universities, assignment of digital identifiers for researchers (ORCID iD, Publons, Scopus Author ID), main components of e-portfolio, Publish or Perish services, functionalities of electronic scientific social networks ResearchGate and Academia.edu, altmetric services, etc. are described. Services of information anddigital systems that can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research of researchers, departments, research institutions and higher education institutions are considered. It is established that the presentation and promotion of scientific achievements is one of the most important tasks of a research institution and university.
