Abstract
The in-service training program has been developed in accordance with the modern state educational policy on in-service training for pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical employees of higher education. The program is focused on forming the readiness of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers to make changes and implement innovations in education. The program of advanced training "Modernization of modern pedagogical education" is made for pedagogical and scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions.
