Abstract

The study’s relevance is due to the insufficient use of digital technologies to implement blended learning in general secondary education. Any devices and tools can be used to exchange educational materials, including a mobile phone, with which one can organise a community on social networks and mobile applications. Materials can be sent by e-mail and posted on the website of a secondary school, including video tutorials or hyperlinks to them. During the pandemic, blended learning became especially relevant. Many general secondary education institutions in the Orange Zone had to introduce blended learning in a short period of time. Therefore, the problem of developing methods of using digital technologies in the process of blended learning in general secondary education is one of the priority tasks of general secondary education in Ukraine. Methods of using digital technologies in blended learning in general secondary education reveals: the stages of organisation of blended learning, practical advice, and factors for choosing a blended learning model. Distance learning models are considered. The differences between the concepts of “blended learning model” and “blended learning” are shown. Blended learning models are analysed: face-to-face, simultaneous work of groups, rotations, inverted class. The conditions under which the choice of the model of using distance learning technologies has been chosen are determined.
