Abstract

The method of using the Google Scholar system to evaluate the effectiveness of pedagogical research is considered in the paper. The problem of evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research in terms of the use of information and digital technologies in modern conditions is of paramount importance. The task is to acquire knowledge, skills and abilities of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers on the use of information and digital open access systems. Consider one such system - Google Scholar, which provides an opportunity to evaluate their professional performance in order to improve the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research. The content of the special course "Using Google Scholar system" is considered, which includes instructional materials: web resources, materials of monographs, manuals, articles, as well as materials for training seminars, presentations, texts of reports, etc.
