Abstract

The paper analyzes the rating of world and domestic scientific periodicals in the field of social and pedagogical sciences, indexed in the Google Scholar system. Given that the international GS system indexes a significant number of scientific publications and is recognized by the world community as one of the leading scientometric databases, its statistics can be considered reliable and objective. With this service, scientists can view the rankings of the top 100 world scientific journals for the most cited publications in different languages ​​and select the most popular publications to find the necessary scientific information and publish their own materials. The global indexing of scientific publications indexed in Google Scholar with the acquisition of scientometric indicators allows you to get an objective assessment and a list of the most authoritative scientific publications for publication in them. The GS service is officially recognized both in foreign countries and in Ukraine.
