Abstract
The paper analyzes the use of digital portfolio of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers as a means of monitoring and evaluation of professional activity. The presence of a digital portfolio is one of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of teacher training. This portfolio reflects the level of his readiness to carry out pedagogical activities, creates conditions for self-realization and self-expression of the teacher, reflection on his pedagogical activities, the formation of success and individual professional growth.
