Abstract

The abstracts analyze the practice of implementing technologies and mechanisms of public administration on the legal basis of public-private partnership in the field of education. It is also emphasized that it is proved that the implementation of the content of state and public management of general secondary education institutions on the basis of subjective state-public partnership is a constructive cooperation of government agencies, NGOs, the private sector on mutually beneficial terms.
