Abstract

The monograph is devoted to the main issues of creation and development open information and educational environment for future training social educators. Ways of using open information and educational are considered environment in the conditions of mixed and distance learning, its impact on quality educational process and training of future professionals in digital conditions transformation of higher education. For scientists, teachers and applicants for higher education, specialists in the field social work, the activities of which are related to the use of digital tools and services to ensure effective cooperation in the modern digital society.
