Abstract
The collection presents an analysis of the results of the online survey of regional monitoring of the implementation and logistics of information and communication technologies in secondary schools of Rivne region among leaders, teachers and students, conducted in April 2021, and a comparative analysis with similar monitoring in 2014, as well as analysis of the level of use of digital resources and ICT by teachers of general secondary education in Rivne region in quarantine during the educational process, assessment of the situation with the introduction of distance and blended learning in quarantine caused by the COVID-19 pandemic April 2021, and a comparison with the all-Ukrainian poll of 2020. The generalized data of results of self-assessment by pedagogical workers of their digital competence are resulted, the basic problems revealed during monitoring are allocated. Recommendations are provided for education management bodies, institutions and institutions for advanced training of teachers, general secondary education institutions, research institutions and other stakeholders on the necessary measures, the implementation of which will contribute to the successful implementation of distance learning in quarantine.
