Abstract
The changes in education related to the Covid-19 pandemic crisis are analyzed here. It is determined that today education is characterized by increasing level of complexity, uncertainty and instability. In a pandemic and digitalization of society, there is a tendency to move from traditional forms of organization of the educational process, involving physical interaction, to the widespread use of digital and distance learning, which in turn requires the development of digital competence of all participants. The three-dimensional educational model "Online Studio of Digital Technologies" helps teachers of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions to design an individual trajectory of professional development and self-development based on the cross-platform approach of developed digital competence; the opportunity to join the educational process at a convenient time and make your own choice of type of education, implements both the principle of self-organization of synergetic models of educational systems and the principle of freedom students choice.
