Abstract
The collective monograph, which has been written by the scientists of the laboratory of organizational and social psychology of G. S. Kostiuk Institute of Psychology of the National Academy of Educational Sciences (NAES) of Ukraine, presents the results of a study on psychological and organizational determinants of educational organization staff’s psychological health n conditions of social tension. The monograph discusses the theoretical and methodological principles of the study, the concept, peculiarities, conditions and promotion of educational organization staff's psychological health, in particular, during the COVID-19 pandemic. The authors describe their conceptual model and design of empirical research into psychological and organizational determinants of educational organization staff's psychological health promotion. The authors explore general levels of educational organization staff's physical and psychological health, the manifestation levels of the components of educational organization staff's psychological health as well as the relationships between the educational organization staff's psychological health components and the educational organization staff's organizational, professional and functional characteristics. The authors also analyze the effects of psychological and organizational determinants, such as self-efficiency, tolerance of uncertainty, creativity, coping-strategies, and communicative characteristics, on educational organization staff's psychological health, paying particular attention to the effects of organizational tension on educational organization staff's psychological health. The monograph is intended for managers, employees, organizational psychologists, postgraduate education teachers and students, scientists, as well as all those interested in the problem of promotion of educational organization staff's psychological health in conditions of social tension.
