Abstract

Methodical recommendations are an applied result of the laboratory of age psychophysiology of the Institute of Psychology named after GS Kostyuk NAPS of Ukraine scientific research "Psychophysiological patterns of hardiness of specialists in socionomic professions." They present a wide range of practical measures to help increase the resilience of professionals in these professions - from diagnostics to practical recommendations, techniques and programs. Methodical recommendations may be of interest to practical psychologists, heads of institutions and organizations, as well as for specialists in various socionomic professions.
