Abstract
The article describes a complex socio-psychological technology – «KIT-SER» (complex interactive technology support of educational reforms), which can be used to work with teachers, students and their parents to providing them with support for educational innovations. The definition of «KIT-SER», its purpose, tasks and principles of construction are formulated. The criteria of efficiency of complex social-psychological technology are determined and the results obtained by the author's express method of tracking the attitude of participants of educational changes to the reform are presented.
