Abstract

The concept of "success" is analyzed in the work and the problems of academic success are singled out.Highlighted the research results of the connection between academic success and students motivation for success in the conditions of their distance learning . Empirically researched and characterized personal characteristics of students with different levels of motivation to succeed. The results shed light on the search for ways to improve the quality of distance learning.
