Abstract

Global trends in digitalization are considered, development of market of telecommunication services Ukraine and their impact on the introduction of digital technologies in education. The directions of digital transformations at the European and national levels are studied. The concept of mobile digital competence, its components and the need for continuous development are defined mobile digital competence for educators of vocational institutions of Ukraine.
