Abstract

At the end of September this year the pedagogical and educational community celebrates the anniversary of Olga Vasylivna Sukhomlynska, a well-known scientist in Ukraine and abroad in the field of general pedagogy and history of pedagogy, doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor, full member of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine. She is the author of hundreds of authoritative works, the founder of a powerful scientific school, has a number of honorary awards, but perhaps her most important achievement - the respect and love of many colleagues, friends, students and followers. Life path OV Sukhomlynska - a model of professional devotion to the chosen cause, inexhaustible diligence, principled scientific position, demanding, high intelligence, humanity.
