Abstract

Final scientific report on the implementation of scientific research on the study: "Psychophysiological regularities of specialists’ hardiness in socionomic professions." The general regularities, common and distinctive features of specialists’ hardiness in socionomic professions are highlighted and analyzed. Psychophysiological regularities of professional hardiness of top managers of commercial organizations, college teachers, teachers of higher education institutions, teachers of higher category, journalists, educators of preschool institutions, employees of trade unions, scientists of higher qualifications and sports coaches are considered in detail. The theoretical and empirical concept of psychophysiological bases of viability of specialists’ hardiness in socionomic professions is developed, which includes five components: 1) substantiation of urgency of the problem of specialists’ hardiness in socionomic professions; 2) definition and meaningful disclosure of key concepts; 3) principles of research of professional hardiness of the person; 4) general patterns of specialists’ hardiness in socionomic professions; 5) psychophysiological patterns of specialists’ hardiness in socionomic professions.
