Abstract

The progress of Ukraine towards building an open science aims to develop a scientific and educational industry on the basis of openness, scientific activity harmonization with world standards, integration into the European research space. The essence and benefits of the development of the concept of open science are analyzed, the basic changes and challenges of Ukraine in this aspect are determined.
