Abstract

Specifics of the use of competence-oriented tasks in the process of formation of reader literacy and creative development of high school students are considered in the article.The problem of forming students' reading literacy as universal is explored by the author of the article. Samples of tasks aimed at the formation of reader literacy are recommended for use in textbooks of Ukrainian literature and directly in lessons.
