Abstract

The author argues that for an objective idea of ​​professional self-improvement of heads of vocational schools, reproduction of a complete model of this phenomenon, it is necessary to determine the grounds for selection and formation of criteria for effective self-improvement of heads of vocational schools. The development of criteria and indicators of professional self-improvement of heads of educational institutions is analyzed.
