Abstract
The article presents the results of theoretical analysis of the phenomenon "readiness for professional activity of future technicians-programmers" and empirical research of its psychosemantic content. The purpose of the study:to carry out a retrospective analysis of the problem of formation of readiness for professionalactivity of future technicians-programmers in domestic and foreign literature; identify psychological and pedagogical problems and practical issues related to the use of new technologies in the educational process; to clarify the essence of professional readiness of future technicians-programmers for professional activity. Research methods:theoretical analysis, synthesis of requirements of legal documents in the field of education, dictionaries, encyclopedias, scientific works in the field of psychology, professional pedagogy and methods of professional education -to determine the theoretical foundations of future technicians; systematization and logical generalization in order to clarify and theoretically substantiate the essence of the formation of readiness of future technicians-programmers for professional activity; empirical (pedagogical observation), monitoring and mathematical statistics, prognostic, modeling. Results.A retrospective analysis of the problem of formation of readiness for professional activity of future technicians-programmers in domestic and foreign literature is carried out; identified psychological and pedagogical problems and practical issues related to the use of new technologies in the educational process; the essence of readiness of future technicians-programmers for professional activity is specified; the development of readiness of future technicians-programmers for professional activity has got the further development. Conclusions.Professional readiness is an important prerequisite for professional activity after completing the training of a future technician-programmer, which ensures his mobility and competitiveness in the labor market, allows to fully reveal their personal and professional potential in professional activities, based on competencies acquired during training. A necessary component of readiness for professional activity is professional competence. Achieving a high level of the prepared readiness of the technician-programmer for professional activity occurs in case of creation of favorable conditions for its realization, in purposeful formation of all necessary personal qualities, abilities, knowledge, motives.
