Abstract
The report provides a definition of immersive technology and gives examples of the use of this technology in the practice of teachers of foreign educational institutions, reflecting the use of four types of immersion, namely: full immersion, semi- immersion, without immersion and a combination of virtual and augmented reality. It is concluded that immersive technologies improve students' spatial comprehension and memorization, allowing them to experience first-person learning, to see everything that is happening around. Such technologies provide visual learning and contribute to students' general understanding of more complex subjects, theories and languages.
