Abstract
The idea of propositivity is actualized as decisive in the process of organic entry of Ukrainians into the world community and for Ukraine's membership in the European Union. The necessity of affirming propositivity as a national idea through education and culture, through the formation of a positive worldview, through the development of positive thinking as important components of building the future, the success of each person in life and the progress of society as a whole has been substantiated. The emphasis is on the need to bring the Ukrainian education system in line with the task of developing propositivity, contextualizing propositivity in the process of school competentization, developing scientific principles of lifelong education, axiologization the educational process, systemic enrichment of all its components.
