Abstract
The problems of studying physics in high school are outlined. The conditions of modern educational technology in physics are determined; some aspects of students' education according to the module-rating technology of education and the main methodical ideas of entrants preparation. The thematic plan of the discipline Physics and the plan of organization of practical classes for students of preparatory courses are presented. The role of the textbook as a basis of independent work of listeners is substantiated and requirements to its creation are formulated. The structure and content of the textbook «Physics. Theory and practice».
