Abstract
The modern information and digital educational environment of educational institutions must be flexible and personalized, meet the needs, requirements and wishes of teachers, students and the educational institutions. The implementation of education using digital tools, which has become relevant in the quarantine caused by COVID-19, should take place regardless of time and place, providing quick and easy access to information and educational resources that can be implemented by information and digital learning environment secondary education.
