Abstract
The paper considers the problem of evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research. Currently in Ukraine, the mechanisms for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical activities need to be adjusted. Otherwise, the obtained data will not reflect the real state of domestic science. We must also not forget that these problems are not in a static state, but require constant rethinking, taking into account the transformation of scientific and pedagogical activities, the emergence of new information and digital technologies, reorientation of social needs and requirements. However, in order to successfully carry out the reform of domestic science, the solution of these problems is necessary in the near future.
