Abstract
The section of the monograph presents a study on the conditions and possibilities of modernization of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education in Ukraine in the context of European integration. Prospects for the development of continuing education in the context of European integration are analyzed, which will promote the formation of international teams of creative researchers who will independently coordinate, organize and direct the professional search for creative, creative ideas. It is determined that in this context alternative pedagogical practices will become more and more developed, including transgressive pedagogy, which is aimed at identifying intercultural mechanisms of socio-cultural experience of the individual, studying the practice of creating intercultural values to overcome the limits of human capabilities. life. It is established that the effective use of these opportunities and options for continuing education can stop isolation and stagnation in research, create a demand for quality training of researchers and cost-effective developments in basic and applied sciences, reduce the gap between research and implementation, integrate continuing education. education and science of Ukraine in the educational and research space of the European Union. To do this, it is necessary to promote the formation of a coherent system of formal, non-formal, informal education in its vertical and horizontal network options; develop and implement a system for validating the results of non-formal and informal education, implement the principles of a competitive educational virtual environment; to develop individual-educational trajectories of professional development and self-development of specialists; develop and implement differentiated, multivariate, diversified programs, models, forms of adult education, taking into account their professional needs, individual needs, socio-economic needs and updating the development of creative industries.
