Abstract
The information presented in this article is a response to the coronavirus pandemic and forced quarantine in Ukrainian educational institutions. For about three months of 2020, Ukrainian students were not able to attend educational institutions, and teachers of all levels of education rapidly mastered the technologies and approaches of distance learning. This period was a challenge, but also a good experience for our educators, given that the new school year began in the classical version, not in all educational institutions. Unfortunately, most teachers tried to use only the online broadcast of teaching their own subject (as they taught full-time), meaning distance learning. The article emphasizes that online teaching is only one of the tools, technologies of distance learning, one of the most important, but in no way is the tool that completely replaces it. The best practices of conducting online training (webinars), which were used during the quarantine restrictions in the educational process of the University of Education Management, are summarized and can be useful for teachers. Assessments and recommendations, as well as the experience of many university teachers will not only be useful for the (possibly) distance form of the next academic year, but will also be a source of interesting ideas for full-time study.
