Abstract

An analysis of the results of an online survey conducted by scientists of the Institute of Information Technology and Teaching Aids of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine in the period from January 12 to February 28, 2021 is aimed at identifying public opinion on the readiness of educators to use ICT tools to provide distance learning. identification of educational resources, e-learning tools that are most in demand among teachers in quarantine through COVID-19, self-assessment of teachers on their digital competence. Recommendations are provided on the necessary measures for education authorities, teacher training institutions and institutions, general secondary education institutions, research institutions and other stakeholders for the organization and implementation of distance learning in quarantine.
