Abstract

One of main tendencies of the modern world in an educational sphere is the active forming of additional resources for development personality oriented to approach in education, opening of intellectual and personality potential, providing of personalisation and differentiation of education, with support on the account of psychological specific and potentials of students, their motivation, aims, interests, and others like that. More and more attention focus on subjectness development during group educational-psychological works in network space. A virtual sphere is the ground of subsequent transformation of the distant education in accordance from personality oriented, personalized, human-centered paradigm.
