Abstract

This article is dedicated to highlighting the features of the use of career development training in contemporary psychological practice. It is proved that trainings popular in practical psychology are variants of socio-psychological trainings, which aim to improve the communication skills of participants. skills, skills and attitudes aimed at improving performance in a particular industry. Career development training analyzed in this article is a classic training option because it is focused on improving self-management in the field of professional self-realization.
