Abstract
In the article are revealed the essence, characteristics and methods of management of institutions of pre-school education. Analyzed the legislation of education reform and digitization. Defined and substantiated the approaches to the management of institution of pre-school. This approaches are envisage the provision of public administration in the light of public opinion. Results are changes the workload, functions, structure and style of central and regional management of education. One of the highlighted areas of modernization of education management is the introduction of the latest information-management and digital technologies (Concept of development of the digital economy and society of Ukraine for 2018-2020). The analysis of the digital components of the management system of "day nursery" Osokoriv institution of pre-school educational of the Osokorivka village Council in Osokorivka village of Novovorontsovsk District in Kherson region. The foregrounding necessity of owning a website. The web resource provides feedback from the kindergarten administration and parents. The considered are structure and possibilities of using own web-site and the auxiliary software program "KURS: Doshkillia" under the management of the "day nursery" Osokoriv institution of pre-school educationa. Identified are the problematic aspects of management with using digital technologies. In addition, determined is the level of efficiency of management of the institution of pre-school education. Developed and proposed the directions of optimization and improvement of management in the conditions of digitalization. Necessary conditions for the active introduction of digital technologies of the pre-school educational are: improving the logistical equipment of the workplaces, organizing additional training in digital technologies, promoting the best results, measures taken to summarize the experience and promote the use of digital technologies. The results obtained in quality rating allow improving administrative efficiency of pre-school educational establishments against the backdrop of decentralization of power.
