Abstract

The author considers the possibilities of mobile learning and the use of mobile applications in the process of training skilled workers in vocational education. Notes the dynamics of the annual growth in the number of Internet users, the rating of types of Internet access and mobile applications of Ukrainian users. Indicates the advantages and characteristics of mobile learning, conditions of effective mobile learning and probable risks, mobile learning technologies. Proposes a conditional division of mobile applications used in educational activities and gives their examples. Draws attention to the use of QR-codes in educational activities.
