Abstract

The article analyzes the state of research development onthe problem of studying the use of cloud-based methodological systems in the process of preparing teachers of natural sciences and mathematics for the work in a scientific lyceum. The conceptual apparatus is covered, the content of the basic concepts concerning the use of cloud-oriented methodical systems in the course of preparation of teachers is specified. The urgency of the study is due to the need to improve the quality and effectiveness of implementation of the cloud-based systems, services and technologies of open science in the educational and researchprocess ininstitutions of higher pedagogical, postgraduate pedagogical education, increase their efficiency in education, improve training. This topic is a new study aimed at cloud-based systems of informatization of educational institutions development in terms of educational reform, methodological, scientific and methodological, organizational support for the use of computer technology in teaching and research, increasing the level of information and communication competence of research and pedagogical, and also teaching staff. As a result of studying the psychological and pedagogical literature, the degree of the problem elaborationin domestic and foreign educational space was revealed. It is determined that given the significant pedagogical potential and novelty of existing approaches to the design of cloud-based open science systems, their formation and use in educational institutions, these issues still need theoretical and experimental research, refinement of approaches, models, methods and techniques, possible ways of implementation.. In particular, the theoretical and methodological aspects of determining the structure, functions, tools and technologies of designing the cloud-based methodological systems of open science in educational institutions, forms and methods of their use in the process of teachers’ professional development remain virtually undeveloped. The study shows that there are different approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "cloud-based educational system", which led to the need to clarify the meaning of the basic terms. It is established that along with the emergence of new types of specialized education institutions, teachers are faces to additional requirements for work in these institutions, which leads to the need to develop and implement the methodological learningsystems in the educational process. These learning systems should be based on the use of the latest cloud-based platforms, tools and services. The combination of open scienceapproach and cloud technologies opens new perspectives for their use in teaching and professional development of teachers.
