Abstract

The conceptual apparatus is substantiated, the evolution of tools and technologies of adaptive cloud-oriented systems in education is investigated. The principles, methods, and approaches to the formation of adaptive cloud-oriented systems in educational institutions are determined. The analysis and assessment of the state of use of adaptive cloud-oriented systems in the Ukrainian educational space are carried out. The tools and services of the formation of adaptive cloud-oriented systems in the institution of pedagogical education are determined. The model of the adaptive cloud-oriented system of training and professional development of teachers of general secondary schools is substantiated. Methods are described and methodical recommendations on the use of services of adaptive cloud-based system of training and professional development of teachers of general secondary education are given.
