Abstract
In recent years, when information and communication technologies (ICTs) have been widely implemented in all spheres of life, including educational activities and leisure of the younger generation, the preparation of users for their balanced, health-saving use has become especially important. Adolescents, whose bodies are undergoing processes of intensive restructuring, physical and mental development, need special attention, in particular in the formation of values and responsible attitude to their own health. This problem is exacerbated by quarantine restrictions and distance learning, when the time to interact with digital display devices is forced to increase. It is important for teachers to pay attention to the development of students' competence in the aspect of health-saving use of ICT. To this end, we have developed a training course "Healthy use of information and communication technologies". The training covers 12 academic hours (12 lessons) and is designed to teach in age classes from 5 to 9. Classes can be held within the teaching of the subjects "Fundamentals of Health", "Computer Science" at the expense of the variable part, class hours, electives, etc. Classes should be held in subgroups of students totaling up to 15 people (both face-to-face and remotely). The article presents: psychological features of adolescent learning; the purpose and objectives of the author's course of training sessions; features, principles and organizational aspects of the course; content blocks recommended for study topic, purpose, tasks), recommendations for final control (group project). It is emphasized that the introduction of targeted educational activities, the integration of relevant components into the curriculum of secondary schools within different disciplines, coordinated interaction of all actors in the educational process will help prepare the younger generation to conscious and responsible attitude to their own health, health-saving activities, including in terms of the use of ICT.
