Abstract
The article considers the problems of digitalization of learning at the stage of transition from traditional forms to mostly remote, when the activity of using new technologies (virtual and augmented reality), computer modeling, various cloud applications and social networks is growing. In time, virtual reality is mostly used for entertainment, but its educational potential is significant. The world experience of education during the fourth industrial revolution, reinforced by the results of the COVID-19 pandemic, points to the need to reform education not only in view of new technologies as such, but also the need to take into account new requirements for students. The article analyzes the conceptual requirements for the participant of the educational process using advanced digital learning technologies, offers a theoretical model between external and internal organization of features and parameters of e-learning, which can be measured to assess the effectiveness and success of the learner in terms of human characteristic rather than learning technologies. The results of the study focus on the three least disclosed issues of improving the effectiveness of learning in the digital learning environment, not from the point of view of the education system, but from the point of view of optimal use of human capabilities as a knowledge seeker, synthetic experience as an exoskeleton of thinking. It is noted that over time, more advanced training systems are being developed that allow to identify the abilities of employees and insufficiently developed skills. This helps to harmonize the strategy of human resources management in enterprises and educational institutions in order to make the most of the available opportunities and benefit from the transformations brought about by the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The peculiarities of the current level of digital learning are emphasized: if Digital Learning 1.0 was focused on scaling knowledge, then Digital Learning 2.0 is already the development of skills through the application of knowledge. The latter is based on mobile micro-learning, which integrates mobility, individual approach and group work. Attention is drawn to the special role of synthetic experience, which plays a significant role in the field of art and artistic perception. The influence of synthetic experiences on cognition (and consciousness) has yet to be studied. Research in this direction will give a positive result, taking into account the ergonomic features of human activity in a synthetic environment.
