Abstract

Monitoring the use of the web resource "Electronic Library of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine" is aimed at providing information and methodological support to users. Google Analytics tools and services of the statistical module of the free software EPrints 3 provide opportunities to track quantitative characteristics and assess the dynamics of resource contributions to the library by scientists and research and teaching staff of NAPS of Ukraine, as well as site visits and use of electronic resources. The monitoring results are used to plan further actions to increase the efficiency of development, improvement and maintenance of the electronic library site. A comparative analysis of the use of library resources for 2019 and 2020. Monitoring of the use of the site of the electronic library of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine is carried out according to the following indicators: visitor survey, visitor demographics, visitor behavior on the electronic library site, site visit technologies, mobile devices, traffic, repository resources. For scientists, graduate students, heads of scientific institutions of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine and specialists in the field of library science.
