Abstract

Analytical and informational interview on the needs for new qualifications in the field of energy efficiency and energy saving for the development and implementation of new educational programs in educational institutions of different levels was conducted by a group of experts-analysts of Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Vocational Education Promotion of energy efficiency and implementation of the EU Directive on energy efficiency in Ukraine "(2020-2025). conducting research to assess the needs of the labor market in new qualifications / competencies in the field of energy efficiency and energy saving. The purpose of the study is to determine the list of professions / specialties for the development of the necessary educational programs that will provide training and retraining of professional qualifiers, teachers, working and unemployed in energy efficiency professions, will contribute to the implementation of lifelong learning.
