Abstract
School education in terms of content, methods and organizational forms of activity must meet the needs of the information society. Among the tasks at the present stage there is the formation and development of students' ability to learn independently, find, critically comprehend and use the necessary information. Analytical thinking and innovation, problem solving, critical thinking and analysis, creativity, originality and initiative, logical reasoning, problem solving and idea formation are at the top of the ranking of skill groups with growing demand. Mastering these skills is becoming increasingly available through digital technology. The purpose of the article: to explore open digital educational resources, the use of which in terms of content and function has the potential to support interdisciplinary learning activities of students and the development of relevant professional competencies of teachers. Digital means and approaches to the organization of educational process in the conditions of full / partial distance learning by means of Internet-oriented means of communication, use of digital educational resources, tasks for independent work with possible further check with use of network technologies are considered. The development and modernization of the resource component of the modern computer-oriented educational environment is presented as an important component of scientific and methodological support of the educational process, an influential factor in ensuring the cognitive activity of students. The results of research on the change of emphasis in the assessment of educational outcomes are presented. The methodological potential of the Internet resource of interactive modeling PHET, the portal of support for science teachers of secondary schools Amgen Teach, European research projects Next-Lab, Go-Lab, Space Awareness, strategic initiatives in the field of science and mathematics education in Europe STEM Alliance and Scientist is presented. It is emphasized that interdisciplinary learning has the potential to develop higher-order thinking skills and helps students to form meaningful connections between subject areas, to enrich their own general educational experience. Relevant recommendations for teachers have been formulated
