Abstract

Talent development in the formation of professional success. It has been demonstrated that the development of skills such as resilience, focus on results, constant self-analysis and the desire for self-improvement are useful in various fields, including science. Nowadays, universities usually start classes to develop the success of students, graduate students and researchers, their understanding of the possibilities of reformatting their research, academic degree for success outside of educational and research institutions, but their percentage is low and requires more intensive dissemination, support and development.
