Abstract

The methodical manual is devoted to the coverage of the results of scientific research and practical experience of the authors on the use of open electronic scientific and educational systems in research activities. The main directions of using electronic open access systems to support scientific and pedagogical research are identified. The model is presented, the content, forms, methods and means of using open electronic scientific and educational systems for the development of information and research competence of scientific and scientific and pedagogical workers are singled out. The manual contains theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations for the acquisition of knowledge, development of skills and abilities of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers in professional activities. The manual can be used in scientific institutions and institutions of higher education, refresher courses for scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers, as well as for the training of graduate students, doctoral students in the field of knowledge "Education / Pedagogy" and for all who are interested in using information and communication technologies in science. and scientific and pedagogical activities.
